Ryan Hamlin
Ryan Hamlin has a long background in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, and understands the complexities of managing a business at the same time ensuring an organization reaches its full potential and functions as a high performance team. Ryan Hamlin is an ex-Microsoft executive with over 20 years of experience in the business world. Ryan has a degree in business and computer science from Pacific Lutheran University. Ryan began his career at Andersen Consulting as a consultant and manager for four years before joining Microsoft where he spent over 16 years. At Microsoft, Ryan ran both small and large teams — the largest was an organization of over 1,400 people responsible for a half-billion dollar revenue. Ryan has served as a board of director on several boards and currently resides on the Seattle Pacific University Board of Trustees, the Pacific Northwest Conference Free Methodist Board of Administration, and is the President of the Redmond Select Basketball Club.
Ryan lives in Redmond, Wash., and is married to his wife Julie of nearly 20 years. They have four boys — Caleb, Braden, Noah and Tyler.
